I recommend a electromat... It goes right behind your chair and vaporizes shoulder surfers by electrocution...
Unfortunately it also vaporizes you if you go for a coffee run... Oh yeah, and I miss my cat

I use to work in the pet industry. We sold a scat mat for this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqcuAlzwd_Y (use to use it to keep raccoons out of the trash room). Of course you would first have to adopt the Asian custom of not wearing shoes in the house. After that no bare foot snoop is safe.
